Ruby's Diner - Laguna Hills

This ruby is amazing. Every time they treat me like home. You always get my order perfectly and its simply very comforting. The server that is very consistent and always like a top with everyone, and always puts the customer 1st as I notice since I come in 4 times a week, I see everything...IS server JOSE GONZALEZ JR. He's the man. Good work for your restaurant. Ps. I usually only consider high-end resorts, restaurants ,boutiques, clothing stores ect, but when I see someone going out to create amazing customer service, I have to give them a scream. Five.

Very pleasant and attentive service and the food was great. Something expensive for what you get, but an overall good experience.

Ruby's is always a good experience and has very decent dinners. The ambience makes food a pleasure and the servers are always pleasant. The food is hot and it was not crowded and the dishes were well prepared.

Excellent burgers and pommes. Breakfast menu excellent. Love the decor and the music. A bite rags with the caramel on the Sundae tho. Well tasted when I find something

All the food served here is nothing short of excellent. Their thick hamburgers are juicy and their milkshakes never let me down. Staff are pleasant and to the dot. 100% recommend.
