Your shakes are huge and simply the best! I visit every day just for them.
I ordered a chocolate milkshake, but when I received it, I found it was full of ice and not what I expected. I returned it, but they just stared at me without any response. This was the worst experience I've had at Carl's Jr., and I've been there before!
They ignored my request for extra pickle and extra Mayo. The salad was Romaine and Soggy. I was very disappointed.
The food was so so, but we ordered a Carl's combo and a second burger and it was 20.00. Way too much for fast food. Will not go to Carl's again!!
