A truly once in a lifetime dining experience. The chefs and support staff were incredible. The choices of unique Japanese food combinations was as if we were in one of Tokyo’s finest restaurants. Very pricey but worth it for a special occasion.

Chef Jordan is an amazing artist who put together not only breathtakingly beautiful dishes but out of this world tasting food. I absolutely loved every course and there were at least 10 or more. All fish was procured from Japan, and the nigiri was so fresh and bomb no soy sauce was provided nor was it needed. With only 4 customers we really had an awesome dinner getting to know all of them and we had a deep conversation with Chef Jordan. It was dope to hear how he spent a decade and a half learning and experiencing Japanese sushi culture before opening Rebel. Such an elegant night with absolutely delicious and authentic cuisine. Not sure you can get the same Michelin star quality food anywhere else in OC. Highly recommend.
