Very cute little cafe, close to the beach with a great breakfast. Just good solid diner-type fare with friendly service and a local vibe. We go here every time we’re in town, and it’s always great!
When you're in Laguna Beach and you're looking for the best breakfast in town you got to go to Penguins. Their food is really the delicious made the way you want it and you're full every time you leave. They serve lunch too but they're a local breakfast favorite every day of the week. Enjoy Penguins when you're in town!
