Pizzaria Alforno - Lagos

I showed up over 30mins before they opened, mind you, after a long afternoon run. I intended to just order dinner for takeaway. But Andrea was so warm and welcoming, she agreed to prepare me an espresso while I waited for them to open. 15mins later, she agreed to prepare me a (very generous) glass of wine and plate of olives while i waited LOL. Eventually I just decided to stay and have a meal and another wine. While there, I saw a family of regulars arrive who hugged Andrea as they entered so this place is obviously so welcoming that people keep coming back. 10/10 for the welcoming atmosphere, super generous servings (pasta entree is good for 2) and Andrea is a STAR.

I’m very surprised by some of the good reviews on here. You were lucky or perhaps not too familiar with good Italian food, in whichever country. Not sure what else was on the pizza but there was definitely an overload of oregano and it was bitter. As for the pasta how they had the nerve to serve it up is a very bad joke. Looked and tasted like yesterday’s stuck together pasta warmed up in the microwave that we heard ping. No sauce just put in a bowl with a few dry prawns. Shocking really

Heute stand mal Pizza auf unserer Wunschliste. Und diese Pizzeria war die erste auf dem Weg vom Hotel in die Stadt. Wir waren an diesem Novemberabend zunächst die einzigen Gäste und wurden entsprechend schnell bedient. Bier gab es leider nicht vom Fass. Es gab die Pizza Carbonara und die Pizza Belissima, dazu den einfachsten Salat. Die Pizza war groß mit krossem, dünnen Teig. Man konnte so ein sechstel nehmen, falten und mit der Hand essen. Der Teig stand und hing nicht runter. Geschmacklich sehr gut. Auch der Salat war lecker. Pizza 12,50€, Salat 9,00€ beides geht in Ordnung. Ich habe keine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht und würde den Kaden weiterempfehlen.

Hier fühle ich mich wohl ... angenehm zu sitzen ... sehr freundliches Lächeln ... und vor allem, das leckere Essen überzeugt. Hier komm ich wieder hin.

Experiência fantástica com a família. Muito bem atendido , camarão saboroso , pizza feita no momento , atendimento rápido e com qualidade. Recomendo !
