Golden Eagles Spur - Lagos

**Atmosphere/Environment:** I really appreciate how cozy the space feels. As soon as you step inside, it has a homely vibe. **Seat Comfort:** I've been to many restaurants, but so far, Spur has the most comfortable seating. Their chairs are more like couches that allow you to relax and support your back. They are incredibly soothing and inviting.

We had an incredible experience! I ordered the spur platter, which included pork ribs, calamari strips, spicy chicken wings, prawns, and fish, accompanied by rice, a milkshake, and juice. Every dish was delicious. The rice had a smoky flavor reminiscent of our Nigerian party jollof rice. Additionally, the staff sang a birthday song for my son, making our celebration even more special. We truly had a fantastic time!

It did take quite a while for the food to arrive, even with so few patrons, which made me curious about how long it would take during busier times. I’ll make a mental note to avoid coming here on Saturday. Once the food arrived, it was absolutely delicious. We started with snails, then had a seafood platter, pork ribs, buffalo wings, waffles, and a milkshake. The seafood platter turned out to be the best choice. While the pork ribs and buffalo wings were tasty, they didn’t quite match up to the seafood. The restaurant puts a lot of thought into aesthetics—this is clear in the decor, lighting, and the way the food is presented. Our cocktails were beautifully garnished, and the atmosphere was pleasant, with a cool temperature and a nice fragrance. However, the restroom was only adequate. It seemed like the person responsible for maintenance wasn’t doing a great job; despite the presence of air freshener blocks, it still had an unpleasant odor, and there was no tissue available. It definitely could have been cleaner. On the positive side, there's ample parking with security, and they provide wheelchair access as well as a waiting area before you enter the main dining space. The prices are moderate, but they could be considered expensive for many people; a three-course meal for one person would cost around 17,000. Despite the restroom issues, I loved the food and will definitely be back!

I had a great time at this restaurant, although it was a bit warm. It's a lovely spot for families to unwind or celebrate a birthday. I highly recommend it, and the service was impressively quick.

I went to this restaurant for a date with my girlfriend and ended up waiting about an hour to be served, even though it wasn’t busy. Our waiter kept pushing us to order more than we wanted and even insisted on a tip afterward. My steak was overcooked, and the restaurant itself was hot and uncomfortable. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.
