The food is tasty, but the delivery fees within their service area are very高. I've decided to stop ordering from them due to the high delivery costs.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant and recommend that you avoid it! The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. The waiting area was messy, with broken chairs and an unpleasant smell. We waited an eternity for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, the rice was overcooked, the chicken was spoiled, and the sauce was watery and tasteless. I felt like I completely wasted my hard-earned money. To top it off, the staff showed no remorse—there were no apologies or explanations offered. Please steer clear of this place!

The restaurant's location and ambiance may not be the most upscale, and the service was a bit slower than expected. Although it embraces a Chinese theme, some elements feel somewhat dated. A fresh take on showcasing the Chinese influences would definitely improve the dining experience and be well-received by guests. On the bright side, the food— which is the key highlight— is outstanding. The appetizers are both delicious and generously portioned, and when the main course arrives, you're treated to a wonderful variety of flavorful dishes. While I'm not a culinary expert, I think the average diner will find this review useful.

My experience at the restaurant was incredibly disappointing. After I placed my order, I had to wait hours for my payment to be confirmed. Once that was finally resolved, I had to wait another hour for my food to be prepared. During this time, the manager repeatedly assured me that my order was on its way, only to eventually admit that they hadn't even started preparing it. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I would have to wait until the next day for it to be processed because the account was "asleep," which left me hungry well into the night.

During our team's outing, we were genuinely impressed. The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. Since then, many of our staff have continued to order from there. Great job, 01MANDARIN!
