O Cantinho - Lagoa

The couvert (bred and various little things like olives and marinated carrots was so-so; the sardine pate was packaged, toasted bread stale, goat cheese just so-so. But the prawns in garlic butter starter and the sardines “Algarve” style were excellent. I was a bit afraid after the starter but thankfully the plates were much better!

We have been here many times both in a large group and as a couple; food and service is always excellent. Great menu and the food is fresh and hot.

I visit this restaurant for lunch on a regular basis. It’s a great family run restaurant serving a variety of delicious food. Whatever I choose I am never disappointed. Great food, great service and I love the warm welcome we always receive.

I have always enjoyed the food here, the new chef is adding new ideas backed up by a great team.
