Fabuloso é a melhor maneira de descrever essa experiência. Reservei para o almoço para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento e foi uma sensação de sabor. Foi simplesmente uma das melhores refeições Eu já comi. Posso altamente recomendar este restaurante. O menu muda sazonalmente. O nosso prato de pescada foi sublime, mas é difícil escolher um único prato, pois são todos muito bons. Uma ótima maneira de comemorar um grande agradecimento à equipe e, claro, ao chef.

Um daqueles lugares que você sempre carrega no coração. Ótima comida, ótimo atendimento e lindo lugar. Sabores únicos e combinações requintadas. Definitivamente se tiver oportunidade e estiver no Algarve é sem dúvida um local onde tem de ir.

Comida muito boa, pratos criativos produzidos localmente e bem explicados. Serviço simpático e simpático e excelentes vinhos. Os cozinheiros não tiveram nenhum problema com a minha alergia ao marisco, comprei outro prato.

Simply incredible. Innovative, artistic, yet bursting with amazing flavour and flavour combinations. The head chef and his team are so talented and deserve a second Michelin star. Service is perfection a nice balance of fine dining but with humour and interaction.

Having been introduced to this restaurant 12 months ago we had to return to relive what is a fantastic culinary experience. Firstly, the setting is unbelievable with a beautiful outlook over the hills and gardens beyond and if you time your arrival right, you can watch the sunset as you review the menu. The format is a nine course tasting menu, which if you wish you can pair up with a wine tasting option. We did not do this when we initially visited, but did this time and it is certainly worth doing. You read the menu, which does not really provide you with the full extent of the quality and flavours you’re going to enjoy. The wide variety of courses, with a different forms of preparation and flavours, insures you keep thinking that the last course you ate was the best, it rarely is! The accompanying choices of wine are also amazing and gives you a real flavour of some of the excellent wines that can be found in Portugal and teaches you how to marry the right wine with the right food. Added to this, which cannot be under estimated, is the high quality service, the explanations that you provided what and how each course is being prepared and cooked And beautifully presented with some of the most incredible plating you will ever see. This restaurant is exquisite. Yes it’s not an economic or choice, but if you want to have a special experience, then all I can say is life is too short, not to try it. We have now been twice and we will definitely return again when we’re in the region. Thank you to the maitre d’, the sommelier and all of the staff. We had a fantastic and entertaining evening.
