Wendy's - Lafayette

I usually have a VERY simple order... 80% of the time I have to repeat some part of it like they weren 't even listening.The other day they got my order so wrong I went back and asked them to make it right.After getting some grief from the manager like I was trying to scam them out of a 4 for 4 deal, I see her gesturing like I was some source of frustration for just asking them to make it right with a meal my kid couldn 't eat.I then gave her my business card and said I don 't want to take to more of your time right now (lunch rush) but when you get a moment call me because I have more to say.Couple of days passed and no call.I go by and mention to the worker that I haven 't heard from the manager and she says, she said she didn 't have time to call you because she is married ???This woman thought I was hitting in her and that I 'm trying to scam her for the cheapest meal they have!Unbelievable!

Worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. Nothing tops this waiting for 30 min for fries. These workers are the laziest humans! You’ll regret buying here from rat infested Wendy’s!

My husband and I went to This particular Wendy's and waited 40 minutes for a Frosty. Mind you I still had a person in front of me waiting to give her order. She turned off her car it was taking so long. We left at about that time. Awful drive thru service.

This place like never has salads ever... the baked potatoe seems like a thing of the past. If your looking for something cheap they have the 4 for $4.00= Small Fry, Hamburger, 4 piece nugget, and a Small Drink.

At this place attempts to maintain, but the staff here only recognizes certain people. I was in the snake during lunchtime. The cashier gave me the order of the woman. But when I came to checkout, she just went away, stayed 6 minutes away, just to come back and to recognize the man in the other line that came to me in the facility. I won't go there anymore!
