Taco Bell - Lafayette

I really enjoy dining here, but I think the staff at the Johnston location could improve their appearance while serving food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Two different staff members took my order, and they kept making me repeat myself. I was charged for a steak quesadilla, two Baja streams, nachos, and a black bean crunch wrap, but the only thing I received was a drink. They mistakenly gave us a beef crunch wrap, which caused my vegetarian partner to get sick after eating it. I definitely will not be returning due to the terrible service.

The restaurant needs to seriously reconsider their operations after our experience on the night of May 20th. My friends and I received our food, and we were all left disappointed. My chicken spoke melt had only about four pieces of chicken, and it fell apart as soon as I tried to pick it up. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the food at all, and the staff seemed to have a terrible attitude.

Amazing menu, I found only the number of pages of the menus they have! also I recommend the green drink when all know what it is

It's not great, hardly good, but okay when a hungry friend wants to pay for free soft tacos after a night out at the Festival. Edible not enticing.
