Congress Street location has rude employees evening and night shifts.

Fast efficient service. Very convenient location with easy access. Order was perfect.

Did not receive my full order nor a receipt. I turned around and went back through the drive-thru and politely informed them of the error. I got laughed at by the girl attending the window who handed me the rest of my order after collaborating with her associates. I do not expect much from a fast-food associate but being laughed at for their simple mistake does not sit well with me. I'll go to Canes next time, where they appreciate their customers.

I ordered the taco Supreme and I received the regular taco. I tried calling but no one answered I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I should have brought it back and received a refund

Waited a very long time in line. Ordered a cravings pack. At the window I was offered two burritos. If I wanted the pack, I had to go back around the line. I agreed to take whatever was prepared, they closed the window on my face to discuss whether they'd give me anything so I left empty handed
