I love a subway? I worked with subway and for 30 years they call me subway mom lol? now it's subway mama? the best part that works for me there are my customers who have negative thoughts and something positive? but this is my job! to make them comfortable? and let them know that we recognized them because there are our subway family? subway customers very happy with their service? ? city center lafayette subway

Rude behavior from the staff(lady) I have ever encountered

Just walked out of your establishment downtown after the rudest service experience. My child wanted turkey instead of ham for the B.M.T., so I simply and politely asked the lady working behind the counter if we could switch the meats. Her response was a huff and a very rude I guess. I asked if the answer was I guess or in fact, yes. I offered to pay extra for the switch but she continued to be rude to me and even made a physically threatening body gesture towards me with her body. We walked out without finishing our order because I will not have myself or my children subjected to that kind of behavior. If she doesn 't like her job, maybe try something else NOT in a customer service position. Will never step foot into this Subway again!
