Mod Pizza - Lafayette

Great location and quite convenient for me. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu was impressive, and their pizza had a generous amount of toppings.

I find the staff at this location to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. When I arrived, the young lady's first question was whether I had been there before, and she asked it with a gloomy expression. There was no greeting, no "hello," and no sense of hospitality. This makes me wonder if there is any management oversight. This experience has occurred not just tonight, but on at least 7-8 other occasions as well. I usually travel a few miles to the Mod in Louisville on McCaslin, which is always a pleasant experience. However, when I'm short on time, I try the one in Lafayette. After this, I’ve decided I’ll stick to the friendlier location instead.

This restaurant has the most amazing staff, excellent customer service, and the option to build your own pizza! We always have a great time at this location. Thank you all for consistently taking such good care of us. Keep up the fantastic work!
