I asked for a sunday with extra caramel on the screen where her order appears it frappuccino said I told the cashier on the first window that there was a ice not a frappuccino she told me she would correct it, she gives me my acknowledgement and says it was for a frappuccino and when to my surprise I went her into the last window, she said it was a frappuccino the worst service of all time!
The order always takes forever. they have 2 lanes. every time I drive 5 cars in the other lane, I'll order before I do. the personal has never a decent job. fries are never salted and usually cold/hot. today I order a normal big mac. I have a big mac with a ticket that does not say Mac sauce, no cheese has yet come on) so not only did they get my order wrong, but also the other people order wrong. I don't know what's going on with this place, but the manager and the staff have to change. very disappointed by this place. Honestly, if it wasn't that close to my house, I wouldn't even go here. time and money.
I will never eat breakfast at this location again. I have given them numerous times to make up from the lackluster previous experience, but today is the final time. I literally went to get my hash brown out of the package and a pool of grease pored out on my plate. they have gone up on their prices yet the quality of food went to hell. i am wasting too much money by not being able to finish the food that I order because it is inedible
Waited 15 minutes for my mobile order. On my own with my 3 kids, the baby screaming in the car the whole time. I get home and unpack everyone only to find out that my QPC is burnt to a crisp and inedible. Manager on duty says they can't refund an order made on the app. I definitely won't be returning to the Pinhook location any time soon.
