KFC/LJS - Lafayette

I would highly suggest calling before going to find out their hours, NEVER what the sign says. Multiple times dining room is closed and drive-thru only. Most of the staffing is IGNORANT Rude. God forbid if your hard of hearing, you will never hear aword their saying

I ordered a three piece chicken tender combo about 15 minutes before closing time and I want you to know that I could not eat a single solitary chicken strip they were so old they were hard I couldn't even bite them. I did try to pull the meat off that wasimpossible as well because I guess it is set so long it was the worst experience that I have ever had with KFC and this was inLafayette Tennessee

We love the buffet!! Haven't personally been here since 2021 due to covid and the economy so this review is based on prior visits. The staff were usually friendly. Far as cleanliness..it wasn't bad but sometimes we visited the tables had crumbs,sometimes a used napkin left behind, floor underneath didn't look swept, maybe a random sticky spot on table etc. I know (formerwaitress) when a restaurant gets busy it can be hard to keep everything spotless. Keep in mind this is based on atleast a yearago or more.

The food is still great BUT the buffet is closed down... That was the absolute best part here... Being back the buffet and I will rate higher lol

Went and Dining room was closed. I ordered 16 Pc meal for family in drive thru. They were out of mac-n-cheese, then told out of biscuits. They did offer another side option. I asked for fries. I guess I should have specified that I wanted hot fresh fries.They were not edible.
