Izzo's Illegal Burrito - Lafayette

The food at Izzo's is fantastic, with a wide variety of meat options such as chicken, pulled pork, and steak. There are different types of tortillas available, except for flour. The restaurant is clean, although there are some maintenance issues like the men's toilet door that slams loudly against the wall when opened. The location is convenient but can be easy to miss when heading east on Johnson, as the restaurant is tucked away on a corner with a building blocking it from view.

Honestly, the staff here is extremely polite. I also work in the restaurant industry, so I know how hard it can be to maintain the smile in this business. Kudos to the ladies. They were wonderful on the line and on the ground.

The first visit and the food was good as well as the service. They stopped what I wanted and served me what I wanted. I enjoyed it very much. Good place to eat and service was fast!

I visited this restaurant today and tried the street tacos. I ordered the steak tacos and they were fantastic! The toppings were fresh and the tomatoes in the pico de gallo were ripe and delicious. The staff at Izzo's were very friendly and accommodating. I was looking for a budget-friendly snack and getting two loaded tacos for under $6 was a great deal.Overall, I had a great experience at Izzo's.
