Carrabba's Italian Grill - Lafayette

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant! My husband and I encountered an issue with our online gift card when placing a call order, but the manager and staff went above and beyond to help us resolve it. Our food was delivered hot, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms, perfectly baked bread with three dipping sauces, chicken parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo, and the steak with butter. And of course, we couldn't forget about the amazing dessert - the tiramisu was to die for! We were grateful to Carrabba for making our anniversary special and we will definitely be returning.

We frequent this restaurant often and today we received the best service we have ever had!!! Our waiter, Kent, was exceptional!! He has served us multiple times and always remembers our orders perfectly!!! While there are other waiters who are just as good as Kent, he truly stands out from the rest!! He anticipates our needs, such as extra napkins and herbs, and always brings us additional bread!!! We rarely have to ask for anything! Our food is usually great, though there have been a few occasions where we had to send our fish back to be cooked properly, but I understand that mistakes happen in the kitchen! Today, however, was flawless!!! This is the only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating. Occasionally, the fish is overcooked, pasta is cold, needs more sauce, or the noodles are clumped together. It doesn't happen often, but it has occurred. Despite these minor hiccups, I still love coming here and greatly enjoy the service I receive!! Keep up the fantastic work!!! Looking forward to our next meal!!!!

The service at this restaurant is excellent! I particularly appreciated the To-Go staff. The food is simply outstanding! It wasn't overly seasoned, unlike some other well-known Italian chain restaurants. I ordered the classic trio of fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, and chicken parmigiana, and it was delicious. And the best part? It only cost $27. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Louisiana.

The service we received from our server Jason at the Lafayette location was outstanding! He was incredibly attentive and we never had to ask for anything. We will definitely request to sit in his section again in the future.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The service is excellent, the prices are fair, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
