Cafe Lola - Lafayette

Good place for lunch or sandwiches. Clean, open, cozy. Popular with the oil center business and medical masses. A good choice for a weekend lunch.

I'm so impressed with this little café. First, the service was absolutely incredible. Each individual staff had a smile on the face and really cared about communicating with their customers, how refreshing! Secondly, the food has blown my head. You can give him the quality and care. I ordered a club sandwich and it was crispy, juicy and full of taste. I had a bite of my dad's crab cake and was so impressed. There has never been a crab cake I liked; this has changed my mind. It was filled with lump meat that was not exaggerated by worting or bread and I enjoyed it. There is much more about the soup of the day and the various sauces I tasted. The atmosphere of the place was also so pleasant. This was an absolutely positive experience and I cannot wait back!!

The food here is always consistently good! It's always packed, but it's moving pretty fast. You have good Lenten options for Fridays during the Lents including the Portobello Sandwich, which is one of my Favs!

Can I tell you how much I love Cafe Lola? I wish I had worked more closely. Prices are great for the quality of the food you receive. If I have an early day at work, I usually meet the Cafe Lola for lunch and get a soup and salad. Everything is so good, the staff is very friendly and I have such an awesome time hanging out and a decent lunch. I'm a fan of Cafe Lola! I wish they were open all the time.

Dining with kids is something that is common now days. Back in the day, kids barely had a chance to go out to eat. Going out to eat when I was younger was a special treat or for a special occasion. Things are different now, kids eat out often. Some have very sophisticated pallets at an early age. As a blogger, I enjoy eating out with friends, alone and especially with my husband and kids.
