Buffalo Wild Wings Lafayette Cafferey Parkway

I made a reservation for a large party through an app, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that they don't take reservations. I was confused as to why I was able to make a reservation in the first place.

Our waitress was excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend her. The hostess who sat us at a table was unwelcoming and rude. The food was good.

Lydia was our server...she was amazing and attentive. She is a plus to the restaurant. The Brisket Tacos were very good. The Beer was Cold. Had a good time.

When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess, Ash, greeted us with extreme rudeness. Despite informing her that we had made a reservation through OpenTable, she dismissively rolled her eyes and stated that they do not accept those reservations. She continued to display rude behavior until we were seated at our table. Luckily, our waiter, Jesse, was very nice and provided excellent service throughout the meal.

We arrived at the restaurant at 10:15pm for our reservation, only to be told that they did not have our reservation on file and that they do not even take reservations. After waiting for 30 minutes for a table, we were finally seated at 11pm. It took another hour before we even started getting our food, with the last person receiving their meal after the TVs had been turned off and most lights in the area had been dimmed. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, especially since I am a big fan of BWW. It was extremely disappointing and embarrassing, especially when we had made a reservation for out-of-town family members who had to wait 2 hours for their food.
