I had to get out of the car with an extremely drunk driver last night. Ended up in the parking lot of this place. Every driver that drove up couldn't be concerned and not one of them offered to call me a cab. So much for the milk of Human kindness that's supposed to flow from Elsie

I ordered the tres leches cake and was disappointed because it was very dry.

This is one of the worst places I've ever worked. It really operates like an old boys' club. If you're part of Frankie Durke or Glenn Fruge's inner circle, you'll be fine; if not, they'll do everything they can to undermine you. Pay cuts are common, and the management seems to benefit directly from them. They will even fire employees who go on medical leave. The cleanliness of the place is concerning—it's very dirty, and the milk is frequently out of temperature. Just so you know, they also supply milk for the Walmart brand.

The truck entrance is located on Billeaud Lane. The staff here are very friendly. I arrived at 11 PM, and they opened the gate for me, allowing me to park next to the scale. There's no parking available on the street.
