Blanchard's Bbq - Lafayette

The green Chile mac-n-cheese is the bomb! The bride is so tender, no knife has to cut it. The pulled pig was so tender that it almost melts in the mouth!

All we could say was 'wow . The flavors were fantastic. The nachos were amazing, we also had the pulled pork sandwich with inlaid onions....so delicious. All meats were delicate, fantastic smokey taste, and not immersed in grill sauce. Large, rich, smokey, fleshy taste. The homemade onions were a fantastic compliment to a great dish.

All the pieces of meat we had were delicious and the various sauces were great! The smoked beans were great! The service could be a little polishing, but all-in-all a good place!

This place is what Lafayette was missing. My new favorite place!

The brisket salad I had today at the Horse Farm was quite possibly one of the best salads I've ever had. The meat was top-notch of course, but the salad underneath was phenomenal!
