Carlsens - Laesoe

Carlsens hotel feels like a part of the history. Old and charming, with good food and service. The Læsø rødspette is very good!

We got a delicious calve ribeye with home-tubed bearnaise and very well-prepared accessories. The service was very friendly and service reminder. The view of the evening sun on their terrace was perfect.

We had lunch here for the first time. My three companions enjoyed their food, but my order was not correct and had to be redone. When it came back, it wasn’t edible. However, the young man serving us was outstanding. He handled the situation perfectly.

We arrived just before closing and still got served by a very friendly young man. Great, attentive service.

Very dry hakkbøff with frozen supermarket veggies and pommes fries. Lack of glaced onions. Sadly cannot recomend. Used to be amazing back a decade ago.
