Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed a pick-up order that was supposed to be ready by 7:00 PM. I finally received a text message around 7:52 PM saying it was ready. When I arrived at the restaurant at 8:05 PM, I sent a message, but I received a response saying that my pick-up order (number 9869210931) was ready at Sam’s Club, which was currently closed. It instructed me to check back during business hours. This is extremely frustrating! If they can't fulfill the order before they close, they shouldn't have sent me a text saying it was ready!
I had a membership at Sam's Club, and after my first year, they automatically charged me for the membership fee for the following years without my consent. When I called customer service, the representative was extremely rude and hung up on me. I had to drive to the store to resolve the issue in person, as there was no support available. I would give them zero stars if I could. I will never return to Sam's Club. The manager in the store also seemed indifferent to customer concerns. It's really disappointing!
I love Sam's Club! In terms of food items, while I couldn't find some specific products, they did have Philadelphia cream cheese available in a convenient four-pack. It was easy to grab that, and even though they had run out of some other items, it wasn't an issue for me.
I called to worry because my older elders were just there. they went to pay credit card debit card there, and the cashier told her she had to insert her pen, and my mother told her that it would be credited. but the maid always told her to put her in, and my mother told her to do it again as a credit. then she went to her when she had another credit card and my mother had to use her credit card. I don't appreciate the fact that the maid forces my mother to put her pen in, that was bothering me and I don't appreciate it. can not wait to open bj’s and hopefully a costco will also come into the opposite. I called in the name of my elder as more concerned and spoke with a manager name kim. he was no help at all, he must be sent to take some 101 customers classes. he did not see that my care was worth one and that is very unprofessional.
Friendly staff even with so many grouchy people! Especially at the self check out! Yesterday and today I want to praise the young guy working who was efficient, knowledgeable and happy! People were nuts but he did his job quickly and with a smile! wish I had your name! Please give him praise for all of us who noticed his hard work but didn't get a chance to tell him.! I praised him on the online chat and here! Hope he knows!
