Applebee's - Lady Lake

After 40 minutes of sitting without being hit by a waitress, we left. Full staff was on the back with the play-up and play-off and the three tables waiting with us, as well as with us. I have fun, but not even an employee on the ground for half an hour, and that includes the bar? I've never seen such a terrible service in my life.

We had wonderful service. The food arrived promptly. Our waiter was awesome great service. We will be back.

Unless you have a really long time to waste, don 't eat here. This place will bring out the karen in a saint. We waited about 20 minutes before even being acknowledged by a waiter. And they weren 't busy for a Saturday evening on Labor Day weekend about half the tables were empty. When the waiter finally came over and asked what he could get us...no idea...we have no menus. So we order margaritas which were served from a shaker into a martini glass...kind of strange. we get our appetizer but no plates to share. So as we were occupied enjoying our own dining experience we watched 2 separate tables walk out because they had waited so long to be served. And the meal was 83.00 didn 't feel like we had really a great meal for

Asked for a menu outside. Did not get anything more than a drink menu. Waited 15 minutes and ended up leaving. The place was not busy at all. Saw some of the waiters outside talking to customers. Wow at 745 pm, no one wanted to work. I normally do not leave bad reviews but this time it is well deserved.

Everyone knows what to expect at an Applebee?s, but this location really surprised us. The restaurant was ?hospital clean?, our waitress was so friendly and helpful (appears she enjoys her job and people! , food was outstanding; really a great visit. Congratulations and looking forward to seeing you again real soon.
