Half of our order was wrong. But it was a quick fix and they were great about it. There was a woman working drive-thru, I later found out her name is Jackie (sp who decided to take a personal call in the lobby. She was very worked up, obnoxiously loud, borderline yelling, and chewing out/cussing the person on the other line for almost the ENTIRE time we were eating.Definitely made it uncomfortable and hard to enjoy my meal.I ended up having to leave.Some personal calls should absolutely be taken outside. It was highly unprofessional and inappropriate.I no longer recommend this store and have no intentions of going there again.
Waiting 45 mins for food, ……ordered a Baja freeze andAfter waiting for the food a pay for a large drink and the freeze they told us that the freeze machine was broken and they were out of larger cups… and the manger said it dose not change the price .. and then a couple came In 20 mins after us and they got their food before us.
I really love taco bell, but it really comes down to the individual restaurants that makes it. Unfortunately this was not one of them. You couldn't break every taco in a box of 10 by accident, unless you put real effort into it. Which they did. Considering they aren't exactly cheap either, you would think they would put more care and effort into a product that specifically is in their business name.
This is the 5th time that I've been there. Absolutely atrocious, couldn't even make a burrito right. Only thing it had on it was a tiny amount of beef and cheese. My order all ways gets messed up and things forgotten, plus their soda machine seems to always be broken. Their employees want $15 bucks an hour with a 6 dollar and hour work ethic. Pathetic.
Food was hot, delicious, and order was correct. Drive through service was excellent.
