Corky's Kitchen Bakery Ladera Ranch

Corkys is a local symbol in the municipality. The staff is welcoming and always friendly. The food is great. The pancakes are impressively massive. We went to dinner and I had a tuna melt and the chili cheese fries. The chili cheese frits use thick cut steak frits with a ton of cheese and a meat and beans chili. The combination is delicious and a great starter for anyone who is really hungry. The tuna melt is basic but very good. Crispy toast with beautiful melted cheese.

We came in for breakfast and ordered the skillet with sausage, bacon, veggies and hash browns. I did enjoy the food, it tasted fresh and flavorful. The only problem was that the service was not good and the amount of food in the skillet felt a bit small for the price they charge.

Always delicious and fairly priced for the huge portion size with a very fun and friendly environment. They have now added plexiglass between the booths as an added safety measure.

The service was good and the food was tasteful. My only complaint is that the shrinkage has hit Corkys. I am glad that the price of steak and eggs has risen, but the size of steak has definitely shrunk. I don't understand, but I'm just disappointed.
