Lucy's Grill - LaCygne

I hade the chicken fried steak. Twas glorious! Mashed taters and green beans were also fabulous. The group I was with had cowboy burgers and the other guy had pulled pork sandwich. All were amazing. For appetizers, we had gizzards, fried mushrooms, and fried mozzarella. Ms. Maci was running around taking care of everyone, so some refills and such were a tad slow, but otherwise, everything was exceptional!

Great place for locals and weary travelers. Food is really good. Teal fries! Not out of a bag. Fair prices. Good service.

Very good home-cooking. Comfort food. One of our regular spots. Have rarely been disappointed. Tenderloin sandwiches and dinners are favorites. Good burgers. Ample portions at a good price. Atmosphere is fine, small-town tavern vibe. Service can be sporadic, but they're nice people, so we're usually fine with that. Newbies may not be so understanding.Wheelchair accessibility: Two handicap spots by the entrance, only one is wheelchair accessible. Other spots are large. Unmarked gravel lot.

My band had a gig here and we had a great time. Staff was very friendly and service was great. I did not have any food but what I saw looked good. Outside sitting area, plenty of inside seating, pool tables and live music. Can't go wrong with all that.

Yeah won't be returning to this place again, waited for 15 minutes before we decided to leave. On the way out they tried to to apologize for some kind of paper emergency. But it takes less than a minute to tell the customers it will be a second before they're served. But that takes effort and it was obvious the waitress didn't have any. What's funny is they had 2 other customers in there. Save your time and money and go to The Family Cafe. So yeah gave it another chance, against my better judgement the service we received from the waitress was a joke.
