Subway - Lacon

Always the best place to go for a fresh delicious sub!! They make Excellent salads too!!

The staff member encountered today was rude to the point it felt abusive. There is no need to raise your voice and yell at a paying customer. Will not being going back after being treated so horribly.

Terrible do not order online! My card was charged and I have the online receipt, when I get there they said never received it and had issues with online orders They call the manager and tells them to tell me there is nothing we can. No refund just sorry. So had to order new subs and pay for them cash Customer service there not so good maybe some extra cheese or something for their mistake. Don't order online!!!

Ordered 2 subs, 3 cookies, and chips. All 3 of the cookies were still raw, and when I called they said “that they could replace the cookies, but that’s what corporate calls for to cook the cookies.” Then tried telling me that they could replace the cookies. Why would I want to get replaced cookies, just for those to be raw too? I worked at a subway and I know they aren’t supposed to still look like full on cookie dough. It was flatter than a damn pancake. But on top of that, they had the cookies I wanted, but apparently “misread” the order and gave me the wrong thing. My 2 year old is picky as hell, and wouldn’t eat the other ones they gave us. I will also note, I’ve gotten cookies there before and they never looked the way, they did today. Just disappointed.

Great little subway. The staff is young but handle the rushes pretty well. Clean facility and reliable food.
