Wendy's - Lackawanna

The staff gives you attitude, they seem very toxic/hostile towards you. They're always talking amongst themselves and they usual will/do forget your order, or mess it up in some way. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It has been a while since I ate at Wendy's, and now I know why. We stopped here for a bite to eat with the kids after going to WinterFest at Canada's Wonderland. There was heavy advertising for the Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt, so I gave it a try. I get that advertising pics are never the same as what you actually get, but this was over-the-top. Check out my pics and see for yourself. I thought that I got one of the kids junior burgers at first, it was so tiny. In fact, my burger was smaller, with sparcer toppings, than their juniors. Staff behaviour was very rude today, we asked her to wait till we finish eating for cleaning since we already started our meal. But still she went on and poured water on floor to mop near our feet. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
