Rude staff especially the girl pavneet work over there she is soo rude with customers and don’t have manners to speak with customers…. I’m requesting to to manager plz talk with her regarding behaviour thanku
I went through the drive thru at about 2:30 today and the lady at the window was unbelievably rude, which wasn't a great start and I should have assumed the experience wouldn't get any better.When I got my food they burnt the bagel so much it's obvious that the person making it doesn't care about their job or the customer. If they cared the slightest bit they wouldn't have served it like this.I'm eating it right now anyway but if I wasn't so hungry I would have tossed it out because it tastes so bad not even the metric ton of butter they only put on one half of the bagel can hide the burnt taste.The one benefit of them only buttering one side was that I was able to scrape off some of the blackened bagel. My Tim's reward card put in some work.Just an all around terrible experience...Parking: Gas station parking lot
Ridiculous! Don’t go here. Half filled coffees, no stock of food items and very rude behaviour by staff!
This has to be the absolute worst Tim Hortons I have ever gone to in my life hands down. I dread the fact that it is unfortunately convenient on my way to work. I would rather drive to another city than go here again. In particular, there is one MISERABLE, RUDE, AND ANNOYING worker there. Employees should not be the one yelling at there paying customers to hurry up and have my app ready, you should know what to do . But yet, this is the consistent service that this Tim Hortons provides. If you want to keep your sanity, please avoid this location at all costs.
