Subway - Lackawanna

Service here can be a bit slow. More of a Subway review than this specific location but how come a footlong is now $16 with no extras and no combo? Also dislike the fact they have one of those POS machines that assume I have to tip. It’s like adding salt to the wound. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Went in to use the washroom and buy a Pepsi and cookies, didn’t even get to the counter and was berrated that I need to buy something or get out, so I said I need to use washroom and they reluctantly let me in with such attitude. I decided while in the washroom if they’re gonna treat me like that they don’t deserve my money, on the way out they screamed at me at the top of their lungs, I cannot believe the service I recieved today and glad I didn’t spend a penny. It was my son’s Zhi’s first subway Sandwich His older brother eats them all the time and he was so excited. The staff there made the experience extra special with the way they treated him. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
