I am a loyal customer, and we really liked the new Stromboli product. We have ordered them for our family multiple times. Today, I picked up the order and was disappointed. The Stromboli are flat, thin, and the dough is much thinner. The kids are upset, and I am disappointed. But customer service is good.

Unfortunately, my time at this restaurant was ruined by a rude old man working there who I think was Persian heritage. Even though I reported him to the management, they didn't do anything about his bad behavior. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to because of what happened. I strongly suggest not supporting it to avoid having similar bad experiences.

Filthy washrooms, looks like no one cleaned the toilet and sink in a while. No paper towels.

Phone ordering is extremely horrible, and getting worse every time, there was so noisy on their end, we had to repeat everything multiple times, at the end order was messed up, instead of store pickup it was delivered to the house, while we were at the local store trying to figure out why they don't have our order, we order from pizza pizza every Friday for past several years, next order won't be from pizza pizza anymore
