Pizza Nova - Lackawanna

This location has been best in class but not today. I got a disappointing pizza. Crust was flat, overcooked, and chewy, instead of the usual light fluffy pizza they usually make. I noticed someone different making pizzas and deciding when to take them out of the oven. Not sure if he made mine but he certainly overcooked mine. Once I get home it's too much bother to take it back but I wasn't satisfied. I usually give this location 5 stars but not this time. Not good value for the money.

Overall good pizza, we order from there primarily because they offer dairy free cheese.

It is really sad and disappointing their behavior ,my husband walked away n and asked them if they have any slice pizza ready but unfortunately their behavior was disgusting ,this is not customer service ,I ordered always from other location and I live close here but for sure i will never order from these people .

It took almost 40 minutes for me to get my pizza and all I ordered was a medium pizza. The pizza was so thin and all the toppings were falling off. Around 10 or so people came and left and we were still waiting for ours. I didn't like the service at all. I don't recommend.
