Mcdonald's - Lackawanna

The donuts at the counter’s display do look nice, but, unfortunately, they turned out to be completely inedible. They’re so stale I’m guessing they were there for at least 2-3 days? I assume they already have enough preservatives to keep them “fresh”, but even that wasn’t enough to make these donuts okay for consumption. I had to throw them away when I got home and realized that. The drinks I got were good (tea and cappuccino . I read some other reviews and noticed one that says that the employees clear out the board with order numbers as soon as they receive them. I noticed that too because I ordered through the app and was looking for my number, but as soon as any order number appears an employee goes and clears it. That was quite inconvenient. The place was clean and there were plenty of parking spots available. I’m not sure if the washrooms were clean. Also, I haven’t ordered any burger and fries items, but having tried their donuts I don’t think I will. It’s a good place to get a drink (and the drink only and sit with your friend because the place itself is spacious and light, but if you want a sweet baked treat, find a better location. You deserve good food :

I ordered various breakfast items including 4 breakfast burritos for pick up. Only after finishing eating and cleaning up the garbage did we notice two of the burritos were technically expired. I also didn’t realize they made the burritos that far in advance, even for the ones made that day. The “fresh” ones were made 1:16 am and I purchased them at 8 am. So 6.5 hrs of sitting around before consumption. Service: Take out

Besides the fact they are always inconsistent with recipes, Coke is too watered down, if you order no ice, they don't pour full cup,leaving about an inch on top, you ask for double double, you might get 3 cream no sugar, or almost no cream and sweet as hell, plus the also lie on their store hours, they say they are open 24 hours, however if you come between 3 and 4:30, you will not be served and will be told to go elsewhere. Why are you falsely advertising your hours? When clearly you don't work 24/7!!! Such an annoying location.
