Baskin-robbins - Lackawanna

The staff here needs some training on customer service. The time online and at store hours are 10:00 PM. We were eating ice cream inside the store at 9:10 and the staff asked us to go out as he would have to close by 9;15. He started to broom and wanted us to go out. Even the ice-cream scoops were very less compared to what we usually get at other stores. Worst experience at Baskin-Robbins today.

2x 946 ML of Ice cream (not even 1L) for $20 how sad! Minimum wage is $16/hr, so many people cannot afford to take their kids for ice cream because of the outrageous prices of it??? I will not support Baskin Robbins anymore will recommend others to do the same.

Four stars because there is always a room for betterment, however, we were honestly very happy with the staff working here.

Staff are always friendly whenever we come here. The place is always clean. Service is always fast and friendly. This location is one of our favorites to go to since it seems to be managed well. Whenever we are in the area, we are sure to stop by here in the summer.

Always good for a quick snack. Good flavours, constant promotions, and lovely staff.They were a bit low on flavours today, but I guess that's due to the constant steam of customers on summer days.
