A&w Canada - Lackawanna

I visited in morning at 4:28 Am and they refused service by stating they are cleaning or it will take 35 to 49 Minutes l.

Nice little a&w inside the gas station. Good side seating with no interference or blocking the gas station customers.Employees were nice. I ordered breakfast and it was good.

Rude manager and the food was not fresh. They don't like when people tell them the truth ?

I usually come here, and I have to say the service is horrible. One time I came in the morning and waited patiently while the women finished their conversation in the kitchen. The cashier from Petro had to literally walk over and give them a signal that someone is waiting. Thank god for him. Likewise, I also come here often at midnight and usually the service is somewhat decent. However, this time around, the woman working front cash just had an attitude. Though it was not communicated, her demeanor said it all; it as if she did not want to be working. First, I was trying to order, and I couldn 't hear what she was saying due to other conversations going on in the background, so she got annoyed because I had to ask her to repeat it a few times. Afterwards, she asked me what drink I would like and I said Gold Peak (Iced Tea). Right as I got my drink and took a sip, it turns out to be Sprite. Once again I asked her for Iced Tea (Gold Peak), and then she pours me Coke. I couldn 't believe it, as I just said Gold Peak, and I told her I didn 't ask for Coke. She then gives me attitude, as if I 'm bothering her because she couldn 't get the soft drink right. I told her right after that she doesn 't have to give me attitude, and then she expressed, I 'm not , as if her body language didn 't say it all. I 'm sorry, but we all have to work, and do things that we are not fond of, but that doesn 't give you the right to be rude and unwelcoming. I 'd advise her to work on her service skills, and her posture, as body language implies everything about how you feel. Just horrible service.

A&W makes a great midnight snack! Especially when the food is served by friendly and cute faces. My girls and I went there Sunday at midnight, guess that counts as Monday lol.... Anyway we were craving sweet potato fries because no one makes them as good as a&w, especially with the chipotle dipAnd we got greeted by this guy. Not sure his name but he's the cutie with the tatts anyway he took our order and dealt with us despite the fact that we were a group of crazy girls evidently trying to flirt with him You have a nice smile btw... he made everything fresh for us and made our night by also making us aware that the Nashville chicken sandwich is back which happens to be my favourite! Thanks for making our night even better! You rock!
