As we learned below, an Italian cooking team had worked here before. In part, this optical influence was still recognizable, but he began to develop a Scottish character. But the highlander is also called the special steakhouse. We were surprised. Our table was clear and objectively covered. There was no Damast table linen or silverware, but I don't want to. The menu not only had to be brought into twelve copies, but was in the form of a set before each guest. This has enabled you to access it again and again during the evening. The offer was not exaggerated, but there was everything I expected in a steak house. And even something special I had never heard before, namely Steak von Highland Rind (so the name of the local). Only hard alcoholics had to be asked orally, but there was also a personal advice from the nice young service. But later. The food was rated very well by everyone. The steaks were as ordered, either English, medium or through. The meat was tender and tasty, as usual in a steak house. The supplements such as potato, pommes, herbal butter etc. were served, only the salad was available as a self-service at the buffet. It's like standing on the buffet, not the other one. Personally, I think it's good if I can choose what I like. The buffet could look a little inconspicuous, but actually everything was necessary for a salad. This is also a question of taste. I decided to try the steak of Highland Rind this time. And I have to say it's really worth it. It is a tasteful difference to normal steak. I can't describe it, I'm not a professional restaurant critic. But I would order this meat at any time. Unfortunately, I don't know another restaurant where Highland Rind is on the menu. Conclusion: The ambience of the restaurant is still in the development phase, but you can look quietly into the future. This is because there is no steakhouse chain, but here the boss puts on his own hand and thus also brings personal flair into the interior design. The food is very good and can compete with any other steakhouse. Beverages are normal, is not different to expect. Prices are reasonable, also usual steakhouse levels. The service is excellent and who is not satisfied should stay at home. Personally, I still lack something, a website I haven't found yet. I hope this is also in construction, because how should you point out to your friends a new discovery?

Excellent food, all were very satisfied. We had to wait a bit, but everything is very fresh and prepared with love. We will definitely come back!! !
