Tim Hortons - LACHENAIE

It was alright, but service was slow again and there was no garbage bin available.

I requested a cold drink that was advertised by Tim Hortons, but was told by the server that it was a summer drink and not currently available. However, I was able to order the drink through the mobile app.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, but unfortunately the Tim's points card did not work today.

Terrible rude slow disrespectful young girl at drive thru totally abusive towards customers. After having paid for our coffees she closed the windows and proceeded to take a new order however our order was ready and sitting in plain sight along with at least 2 other orders. When we tapped on the window and asked for our drinks before she continued to take new orders she purposely ignored us and when she finally opened the window she asked us if we had calmed down. This is completely unacceptable behavior and strongly suggest this young lady be fired. I can assure you that this Tim's has lost my business and I will make sure to tell my friends and family of this totally abusive service. Dear owner... this message is for you....look at who you hire and train your staff on customer service and respect before you're out of business

This is a well maintained location! Which has lots of parking as well!
