Taco Time Nw - Lacey

The cashier was quite rude, but the manager stepped in, addressed the issue, and made things right. The food was good.

If you like to eat a bowl of lettuce, this is the place for you.

I ordered the Natural soft taco twice in the past three weeks, and both times it came with the wrong ingredients. On the second visit, the taco was mainly filled with soggy lettuce that soaked up six napkins, making it messy and tasteless. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I was the only customer there, yet it took over five minutes for the staff to notice that I was waiting to place my order. The burrito I received was messy, with sour cream spilling out from the wrap. They also failed to include any napkins in my to-go order. Overall, I experienced terrible service and food. I won't be returning to Taco Time again.

The food was great! However, the price is ridiculous. Spent over $30 for a soft beef taco meal and chicken burrito meal. The drive thru is really narrow. If you want to pull a truck and trailer, there is no way. At night, it would be a scary a drive thru as the plants around it made it dark during the day.
