I had a positive experience at the Yelm Highway location. There were only two employees working, but they gave me great attention to my order. They asked and confirmed the toppings on my sandwiches multiple times. The sandwiches were also clearly marked. Excellent service! The staff at this location really stood out.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The customer service was fantastic. I visited on a day when the staff member had a red bike and a girl with a giraffe tattoo. Despite the long line and only two employees working, they were incredibly fast and provided excellent service. I will definitely be coming back to this place—it has the best subs by far!

Withworkers are transphobia. came yesterday (2/4) and overheared a conversation between two workers at the front very free making fun of a transgender man they both know. the two made sweat about these people new pronouns and also made fun of the person to change his name. the two employees should have to go through a kind of sensitivity training because they also listened to the person working there. One was a girl with brown hair and glasses (I'm pretty sure she's the manager?! she's always there) and the other was a man with dreads. I will not return to this place

Many parking spaces and close to other local shops, this makes this a great destination on their busy day. the personal greeted with a smile, and the surrounding music was more pleasant than I thought about my day. the big kahana was an amazing tasty with a mixture of melted cheese, steak, and only enough jalapeños to taste it some spicy. the combo is similar to other sub-shops, but their root beer and vanilla is especially beautiful for RB fans. the store is well maintained and very beautiful. also has large bathroom, which are handicap friendly. all about a great victor for everyone!

My favorite is #13. All sandwiches should taste the same about in a franchise. Uhmm no, not here! I tried the Olympia location once, and never again! So yesterday I tried this location. Omg! My sandwich was fresh, delivered in a heartbeat, not soggy and definitely made with pride and care! Idk who made my sandwich with such care, but THANK YOU! It was beyond delicious I am very happy you opened in this neighborhood!
