La Battigia - LACCO AMENO

With view on the port of lacco the place has all the features from top. furniture, brightness, the minimum choice of dishes and drinks make it in the norm. sin. It seems a little too much for the case. experience however positive.

Fish not of great quality. use the frozen is not the maximum for a restaurant on the sea . very high prices and very icy staff. improve

A great dinner at the ristorante la battigia- arrived Saturday evening without reservation and they sat us immediately. I was nervous with a heavy milk allergy - but our server (which we believe the owner daughter) spoke fantastic English and assured me that my selected items were safe. we ordered bruschetta, two pasta dishes, roasted vegetables and a bottle of wine. all were incredibly fresh and delicious. she even offered us limoncello at the end of our meal. she was so friendly and welcoming, highly recommend this restaurant!

The food is really delicious, we went without reservation and it was raining, but they were very nice and let us in. eating is amazing and the wee is great, the only thing they need to ask is the weight of the fish when they order the (day catch), so they would know the price and not be surprised.

Possibly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is terrible and the service is nearly non existent. We sat outdoors and the place reeked of cigar smoke from neighboring tables. The staff were so slow and rude it was really difficult to order. The food took forever to arrive and when it did it was awful. There were aspects of this place not even worth describing. Truly a restaurant from hell. If you are looking for a culinary experience Ischia is definitely the wrong place and this restaurant is the worst of the worst.
