Puffins Eats & Treats - Labrador City

I had the Rhubarb wine flavored soft serve, it was really good. The service was friendly and we didn't wait very long to get our order soft serves in total).

Perhaps this is one of those expecting more than you received' sort of reviews. Stopped in here after being in earlier for the wine tour some purchases from perhaps the best gift shop in Twillingate. End of a long day hiking trails wanted...something warm filling before heading out decided to share the seafood chowder touton which seems like a combo' deal but isn't. Picture looks great but chowder comes served in a takeout bowl, overdone with lemon dill, seemed to me to be only fish chowder, not as others we've had. Touton done up on a panini press sorry, not the way to do a touton. the woman behind the counter just seemed a little grumpy at the end of the day, which is unusual for Newfoundland. All said, seemed popular for sandwiches while we were there, but would have definitely gone back to the tea shop to eat instead based on our impressions from dropping in there earlier in the day (review posted elsewhere in this section). Ice cream was good though as we hit the road with that!

After a wine tasting and shopping at a top-notch gift shop, the restaurant definitely lives up to expectations. The food is delicious with generous portions, reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly.

We finished the winery tour and stayed for lunch. The Rueben sandwich was delicious and the Touton sandwich did not disappoint. We were disappointed that the cracker was sold out, but we will try it another day. The winery tour and tasting were excellent!

I tried the Rhubarb wine soft serve dessert and it was delicious. The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our order (5 soft serve flavors in total).
