Tavos Tacos - La Verne

It's a taco truck so the atmosphere is just meh, very few seat available, it was a cold evening so not a good combo. Cash only.Food: 5/5

I ordered a Carne Asada Burrito. The young man explained there would be asada, onions cilantro. I take my 1st bite, to my surprise RICE I do not mind rice, next bite,rice and Beans barely any asada. Mind you I paid 12.00 for an Asada Burrito. I understand in today's world there will be fillers, please don't leave out added ingredients when ypu tell a customer what will be in the burrito. 3 bites in still no Asada. Next time I will just make my own at Home.

Always see this truck and finally decided to stop and see what it's all about. I generally go to various other street tacos spots including Town/Foothill as well as Farmers Markets. All the food I ordered here I have ordered at various other places so I know prices and quantities. I ordered chicken tacos as well as an asada quesadilla. The quesadilla flavor was good but portion was lackluster. For a $10 asada quesadilla, there was very little asada in it. Was the flavor good? Yes. But I did order a steak quesadilla and not a cheese quesadilla which I felt it was. Value was just not there for me. Chicken tacos were good but small in comparison to other places with same price and comparable flavor. Overall it was tasty but this will be my only visit which is a bummer because I can technically walk there.

Highly recommend! The food is delicious, the service outstanding, and the price is right.

Asada tacos literally SO GOOD. i got 4 and with cheese they were $9 which isn't really bad!! then i got two more because they're so bomb.
