In Out Burger - La Verne

The restaurant is quite small, with a limited menu and only outdoor seating available. Despite being busy with a long drive-thru line, they did an excellent job with the burger. However, the fries were not as impressive; they tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Unfortunately, this seems to be a consistent issue at In-N-Out for some reason.

My favorite burger! While there are others that come close, In-N-Out remains my top choice. The burgers are fantastic, the fries are pretty good, and the shakes are so thick that using a straw is nearly impossible. The only downside is that there's often a line, but that's the case with many places that serve great food.

I feel sorry for those who visit California and try In-N-Out. Every time I eat there, I end up feeling terrible. The fries are bland and uninspired, and the burgers are nothing special—something I could easily make at home. It’s disappointing to see people who think this is good food when there are so many real culinary experiences out there. It's not good for your health, lacks actual flavor, and was only appealing when I was a broke teenager who couldn’t afford anything better. The staff are friendly and pleasant, which is nice, but that's the only positive aspect. If you're on a budget, I bet you could find something more flavorful at a gas station.

Needed to use the restroom and it was filthy beyond the point of being unable to use it comfortably. There was tp, seat covers urine all over the floor in front of the toilet. It isn't In N Outs fault for the creation of the condition but they should maintain it better. People esp guys are filthy slobs, quit being like you have a huge one and step to the damn bowl and pass in it!

This location is always on point... usually never a problem with our order. My only suggestion is to check your raw cut fries for bruising BEFORE you fry and serve them to customers. Just sayin'. And light mustard means just that... LIGHT... not so overwhelming you gag at each bite... All these issues I have already addressed with corporate and received a gift card for my troubles!
