Carl's Jr. - La Verne

The restrooms were absolutely filthy. The staff needs to clean them and call a plumber. I can't even imagine what the kitchen must look like! We will never return!

I ordered the Three-Piece Tender meal, but unfortunately, the tenders were burnt and difficult to chew. They resembled chicken nuggets more than actual tenders. While I've had better experiences in the past, today was disappointing. Given the rising inflation rates, I believe we deserve better quality food for the prices we're paying.

I had an amazing experience with the customer service! The gentleman who assisted me last night was incredibly friendly, patient, generous, humble, and very helpful! The loudspeaker always catches me off guard, but as I pull up, the automated female voice tells me about a deal, followed by a man with a deep voice. It’s quite the mix!

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was also very clean.
