Le Biztro - La Tuque

First of all it's a WOW!!! I made an extraordinary discovery and an exceptional, remarkable, sublime taste experience... a delight and a celebration for the palate. What can we say about the owner Mr. Ritesh... welcoming, smiling, very professional. For me, this restaurant is a must in Tuque. It must be radiant! There was also Joanie our waitress, courteous, attentive and caring for our satisfaction. I highly recommend the Biztro Le Mauricien It's a 10 star!!!! What a beautiful restaurant we discovered in Le Tuque. The dishes are prepared with great care and taste... Beautiful atmosphere and music. The chef comes to see us at the table and the service is excellent! Find out! Type of meal: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Absolutely amazing. Le chef greeted us personnally at our table and the waitress was very attentive to our needs. Best tartare I've had in my life and the ambiance of the place was out of this world! Definitely one of the best places to eat in La Tuque. Great burgers -- creative and tasty. Excellent salmon -- this chef knows how to cook salmon, on the medium-rare side. Very good calamari appetizer, although the mussels were only average. Le Biztro also has a very good selection of beers, many local or regional. Plus the staff are terrific, friendly and very helpful.
