My hubby and I had a memorable seafood dining experience here. The team of staff were very friendly and warm. As I don't speak French, the girl who our orders switched to speaking English with me. It was the first time we tried Eclade de Moules. Dimitri (super enthusiastic and friendly) seems to be an experienced master cook, explained to my hubby (in French) the process of smoking the mussels. After 10minutes, the fresh mussels cooked among burning pine needles were ready for us. We totally enjoyed the fresh oysters and Eclade de Moules. Friends who saw my postings about this place have already made plans to visit

We were a group of 5 feeling disappointed that a well liked restaurant in the Tremblade area was not open for business at the moment so we drove to La Greve to find something 'local ' rather than for tourists and came across Aubier Maree. Excellent fresh sea food and good to see many French customers. Efficient staff and good service. We will definitely recommend and return....possibly for the shell fish platter which looked amazing.
Loved the place. It was great value. Friendly staff. Eclade a first in 40 years in visiting French seaside resorts..amazing. Promised to write this review as it was that good for food after the chef asked my opinion.
