When you find a restaurant with lots of ski-instructors eating you can order with confidence when you find a restaurant with ski-instructors and carbineri you can be certain it's very good. Eaten here a few times now, menu changes daily but always lovely fresh pasta, good local wine, great food and plentiful, a warm welcome and not expensive what more could you want.

Called yesterday and today for hot drinks. Nibbles were on the bar today but when we helped ourselves the waitress said they were for the wine and beer!! We were only having hot drinks so looks like we had to have alcohol to qualify. What a pity we probably won’t go back again .

Super little restaurant/bar in Les Suches by pistas 15/16. Always a good sign in a mountain restaurant when you see the ski instructors and pisteurs sitting down to eat. It's quite small so you need to get there early for lunch to claim a table. The Polenta with Venison is recommended.
