Good evening we ate this noon and frankly if the frame is nice we cannot say as much about what we have in the plate. Minimalist small quantity for a high price.preparation and quality of disappointing products.
For a Sunday noon we love. We were on the first floor: adorable staff!!
Excellent dishes from the desserts, a good and chalerous service provided by Julie. The atmosphere inside is also very pleasant and the elegant setting. However, the Chef d'équipe en cuisine seems to ignore that it is extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable to repress his colleagues in high voice and in a compelling way in front of his clients.
Haitza coffee was for us the best establishment of the Bassin d’Arcachon. We came to eat about ten times and until then the experience was extremely positive on all levels. But it has been twice that we come to a month of interval and twice that we leave disappointed. On the kitchen side, the quantities appear to be reduced, the refinement of the dishes is less present and the adjustment of the seasonings is sometimes missed (swallowed flats or chopped steaks of our very dry girls as we had asked for bleeding), the outside tables begin to be in very poor condition, the dried dishes and the terrace is particularly dirty. Servers are less professional and discreet than before (personal conversations between them right next to us). The welcome is nevertheless warm. Small cookies that were offered at the end of the meal are now non-existent! It’s full of small details that make us pass from almost excellence to about. The addition is salted and we are disappointed enough. It’s a shame because it was clearly our favorite restaurant!
